Chadwick Armory was established in 2018 with one mission: to bring a high quality Firearms and Weapons Shop to Mendocino County.
Our passion for quality weaponry and our enthusiasm for the freedoms provided by the US Constitution is what inspired us to open our doors.
We pride ourselves in a personal shopping experience and look forward to building long-term relationships with our clients.
We believe that your weapons purchase is a private matter, and know that the decision to purchase should not be taken lightly. We take the time to answer questions and allow you to become familiar with the handling and operations of your weapon.
We offer new guns, ammo and shooting accessories . We will also purchase and sell used guns.
We know that once our clients shop with us, they will come back to Chadwick Armory because we provide excellence in customer service and a private shopping experience like no other.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any firearm or ammunition to anyone who may be in violation of the laws of the State of California and the United States of America pertaining to the purchase of a firearm. This includes, but is not limited to, "straw purchases", a purchase or the attempt to purchase by an individual for another person knowing they are not permitted to possess a firearm. This is a federal offense and is punishable by a mandatory term of 10 years in prison. Every person purchasing a firearm must pass a basic safety test and demonstrate safe handling of the firearm.
All firearm sales are final and are not returnable. Firearms may be re-purchased at a reduced rate as "used" regardless of condition. In the case of any defect, manufacturers warranties will apply. We will assist purchaser in contacting the manufacturer for warranty claims.

ALL items on an order will ship to the shipping address on that order. If items need to be shipped to separate locations, then they should to be placed on separate orders with the specific shipping address for each order.

All rifle, shotgun, and ammunition orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (no PO Box addresses please).

Handgun orders will either ship UPS Air, FedEx Express (Air) or USPS Priority mail at your choice.

Accessory orders may be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or any method offered by the USPS.

Due to federal regulations, firearms and ammunition orders cannot be shipped in the same package.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will receive an email with tracking info once your item has shipped. We ship to the USA only. Our items are not to be exported.

Firearms will ONLY ship to an FFL holder (or C&R license holder if applicable). If you do not have an FFL, then you must find one in your area to handle the transfer for you.

Shipping charges are never refunded. If you return an item for any reason, please know we will not refund the shipping charges you incurred when we shipped the order to you. No exceptions.

If we have to send a return shipping label to get an item back from the FFL for any reason (you not passing background check, FFL refusing to do the transfer, you changed your mind, etc), we will deduct the return shipping charges from your refund.

All shipments must be shipped to a physical address. No PO Boxes!

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If something is missing from your order, this will need to be reported within 3 days of the order being delivered. Just call or email us with your name, order # and what is missing. Please note we will not be able to assist with missing items that are not reported within the 3 day time frame of delivery.

We will not be responsible for packages returned to us that are refused delivery and you will be liable for additional shipping charges to re-ship any packages.

All non-Firearm items valued at over $250 will be shipped to nearest Post Office for pick up. Purchaser must present government appoved ID to pick up package.

Any purchase over $250 from our website will require emailed photo id showing the same address as on credit card.
